After working in the financial industry for many years and establishing professional relationships with attorneys and title agencies, Ms. Oh started her title agency in 2006 called ASAP Title Agency, LLC. While working as Commercial Lender, Branch Manager and various other positions at JP Morgan Chase, Citibank and Commerce Bank, she has gained and established strong foundation of professional network. With the encouragement of her colleagues and family, Ms. Oh enrolled in law school to fulfill her dream of becoming an attorney. While managing her title business and raising two teenage sons Ms. Oh completed law school education as a part time student.
Ms. Oh’s solo practice is located in Englewood Cliffs where she maintains a general practice concentrating on real estate, zoning, tax appeals, bank review work, guardianships and municipal/criminal court cases. She offers bi-lingual legal services in English and Korean and her office services clients from diverse backgrounds. In addition, Ms. Oh is the Public Defender in Bergenfield, Fort Lee, Ridgefield and Saddle Brook. Ms. Oh is also a Court-Appointed Attorney in Guardianship Matters in Bergen County and is bank attorney for various banks. Her law practice is based on her philosophy of integrity, commitment and results. Whether she is representing a client purchasing or selling a home or defending a client in a criminal matter, she will communicate and guide her clients to the fullest extent possible.
As a longtime resident of Englewood Cliffs, Ms. Oh, served on the Board of Health and served as past President of the Fort Lee Regional Chamber of Commerce. In 2011, Ms. Oh ran for Council in Englewood Cliffs and she was elected as the highest vote getter and the first Asian-American Council in Englewood Cliffs. In 2014, she was re-elected for her second term and once again attained highest votes.
Ms. Oh brings her diverse work experience as a business owner and banker in addition to her legal training to her law practice.
